Tori Paitan ratio to water: Ramen type 1:1.3, Steamboat type 1:5.

Recommended Cooking method:

  1. Prepare and heat up the water, then add in tori paitan into the pot.
  2. Stir the mixture until even.
  3. Then, add in suitable seasonings such as salt, chicken stock powder, or MSG, along with any desired condiments to enhance the flavor.
  4. Bring the mixture to boil and it's ready to serve with the noodles.
