A dark, chili-forward paste built on soy sauce, shrimp powder and chili powder, capturing the bold flavour of wok-fried noodles without the wok. Reheat and toss for instant spicy fried noodles.

For 1 serving (30g):

  1. Cook original ramen in a boiling, strained and put on a plate.
  2. Reheat 30g paste in a saucepan or microwave or sous vide.
  3. Pour the sauce on top of ramen and mix well, and then it's ready to serve.

For 33 servings (1kg):

  1. Cook original ramen in a boiling water, strained and put on a plate.
  2. Reheat 1kg paste in a saucepan or microwave or sous vide. Pour the sauce on top of the ramen and mix well, and then it's ready to serve.
