A deep red, shrimp-forward paste loaded with dried chili and chicken stock powder, delivering fiery, prawn-noodle-style heat. Pairs beautifully with prawns, chicken and fish cake, and even better mixed with Tori Paitan for extra body.

SPICY PRAWN PASTE

For 1 serving (45g):

  1. Prepare and heat 300ml of water, then add in 45g Spicy Prawn Paste, stir until even.
  2. Add in suitable ingredients like prawns, chicken & fish cake, then wait until mixture to boil, and stir until even and it is ready to serve. *Recommended to add in Tori Paitan into Spicy Prawn Paste soup with ratio 1:6.

For 22 servings (1kg):

  1. Prepare and heat 5.6L of water, then add in 1kg Spicy Prawn Paste, stir until even.
  2. Add in suitable ingredients like prawns, chicken & fish cake, then wait until mixture to boil, and stir until even and it is ready to serve. *Recommended to add in Tori Paitan into Spicy Prawn Paste soup with ratio 1:6
