Method of Cooking: (1 Set)

  1. Firstly, cook the ramen for 2.5 minutes in boiling water, and then blanch the ramen in cool water for a better texture.
  2. Prepared and heat 250ml of water, then add in curry paste, stir until even. (Use only plain water and do not reuse leftover water in step 1 to cook the soup.)
  3. Add in suitable condiments and squids, and then wait until mixture to boil, after that reduce to low heat and add coconut powder (based on personal preference), stir until even.
  4. Pour the curry soup into cooked ramen and it is ready to be served.
