Method of Cooking: (1 Set)
- Firstly, cook the ramen for 2.5 minutes in boiling water, and then blanch the ramen in cool water for a better texture.
- Prepared and heat 250ml of water, then add in curry paste, stir until even. (Use only plain water and do not reuse leftover water in step 1 to cook the soup.)
- Add in suitable condiments and squids, and then wait until mixture to boil, after that reduce to low heat and add coconut powder (based on personal preference), stir until even.
- Pour the curry soup into cooked ramen and it is ready to be served.
