Method of Cooking: (1 Set)

  1. Firstly, cook the ramen for 2.5 minutes in boiling water, and then blanch the ramen in cold water.
  2. Prepare and heat 300ml of water, then add in prawn mee paste, stir until even. (Use only plain water and do not reuse leftover water in step 1 to cook the soup.)
  3. Add in suitable condiments and prawns, then wait until mixture to boil.
  4. Pour the prawn ramen soup into cooked ramen and it is ready to be served.
