Method of Cooking: (1 Set)

  1. Firstly, cook the fresh udon for 7-8 minutes in boiling water, and then blanch the udon in cool water for a better texture.
  2. Prepared and heat 250ml of water, then add in penang asam laksa paste, stir until even. (Use only plain water and do not reuse leftover water in step 1 to cook the soup.)
  3. Add in suitable condiments and fish flakes, then wait until mixture to boil.
  4. Pour the asam laksa soup into cooked udon and it is ready to be served.
