Fried Cooking Method

Cook the Pasta for 1 min in boiling water, and then blanch the Pasta in cold water for a better texture before stir-frying it.

*Cooking Tip: use only plain water when cooking the Pasta, water must be fully boiled before placing the Pasta in.
