Udon is a type of noodle which is thicker than usual ramen or noodles. It is can be served either with hot soup or stir fry. Our Udon is made by using only all-natural wheat flour with the addition of high-quality rice flour.

Soup Cooking Method

Cook the udon for 6-7 mins in boiling water, and then blanch the Udon in cold water for a better texture before dishing it in soups.

Fried Cooking Method

Cook the Udon for 4-5 mins in boiling water, and then blanch the Udon in cold water for a better texture before stir-frying it.

*Cooking Tip: use only plain water when cooking the Udon, water must be fully boiled before placing the Udon in.
