Soup Cooking Method

Cook the Ramen for 2.5 mins in boiling water, and then blanch the Ramen in cold water for a better texture before dishing it in soups.

Fried Cooking Method

Cook the Ramen for 1.5 mins in boiling water, and then blanch the Ramen in cold water for a better texture before stir-frying it.

*Cooking Tip: use only plain water when cooking the Ramen, water must be fully boiled before placing the Ramen in.
