Method of Cooking: (1 Set)
- Firstly, cook the ramen for 2.5 minutes in boiling water, and then blanch the ramen in cold water.
- Prepare and heat 300ml of water, then add in prawn mee paste, stir until even. (Use only plain water and do not reuse leftover water in step 1 to cook the soup.)
- Add in suitable condiments and prawns, then wait until mixture to boil.
- Pour the prawn ramen soup into cooked ramen and it is ready to be served.
