From 23 to 26 September 2025, we brought authentic ramen flavours to Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM) 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre — cooking live at Hall 1, Booth 1303, with our chefs Kenji and Aziz.
Food & Hotel Malaysia is one of the country’s largest trade shows for the food and hospitality industry, and from Tuesday 23 to Friday 26 September 2025, Ippin Ramen was part of it. At Hall 1, Booth 1303 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, we cooked, served and talked ramen with visitors from across the trade.
At the booth
Our shelves carried the Ippin range — noodles, pastes, and our Tori Paitan and beef broths — and the counter in front of them was where the cooking happened.
